Welcome to The King House: A place where Oprah danced, Roy Orbison sang, a Nashville Mayor and Civil Rights protestors met.
The King House has recently hosted production for presidential candidates and major country music stars.
Video shoots from the Great Room:
This one-of-a-kind, historic home has been fully restored with the aim of maintaining its original character including: period heart pine floors, pocket doors, exposed beams, original stained glass, and 12’ ceilings among other period details. The commercial grade kitchen boasts a 48” Viking range, Sub-Zero fridge, carrera marble counters, and walk-in pantry which are all highlighted by a completely restored vintage 8’x5’ island procured from a factory in Ohio. The massive great room has 20’ ceilings and three 15’ windows which, in addition to the natural light on the balance of the walls, sets the stage for an event of any kind. All plumbing, electrical and HVAC systems have been updated.
Since its opening, and even while under construction,, we’ve welcomed several new folks into the King House including: the premiere BMI after party, multiple Americana Fest stages, weddings, multiple photo and video shoots, art exhibitions, concerts, large dinner parties showcasing local chefs, intimate dinners and even a pop-up boutique.
